Most frequent questions and answers
Myndspark offers a 10- day return policy. All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt(email order confirmation). We will refund your money, minus the cost of shipping for undamaged products returned to us in original condition and in the original packing, with all the original contents including all pieces, the workbook, and cards.
The Myndspark tool includes a workbook that is used for scheduling and the recording of your progress. If you need another copy of this workbook, you will be able to download and print your own copy by emailing us @ support@myndspark.com.
Yes! We ship to all 50 States as well as internationally. We look for the best rates from all the major carriers and will send you a confirmation of your order once its completed.
